3 night trip to Saranac Lakes. Weather came thru at the end. Water was NOT warm, but it didn't stop anyone. Food was the greatest. Loon songs over the water at night are captivating. Spider rode with me from Troy to the lake, he lives there now.
Never knew how amazing the NY State Capitol building is from the inside - highly recommend a visit, which is open for the public 5 days a week and also free.
Best trip to the 🏔️ in few years, hands down. 25 or so runs, with decent amount of fresh powder - definitely was worth waking up at 6am and driving on barely plowed roads!
