Our Neighbourhood Rhythm journey begins in Mong Kok, a neighbourhood known for its fast pace, busy streets and vibrant city energy.
At our Mong Kok shop, we meet people moving through many different rhythms every day — office workers nearby, passers-by on a shopping break, travellers, neighbours, and regulars meeting friends.
Inspired by this diverse and constantly moving neighbourhood, our barista team created City Refresh: a wide range of drinks from fruit teas and sparkling refreshers to fresh coconut coffee, sweet coffee treats and light cocktails, so every city rhythm can find its own kind of refresh.

雖然今次未能晉級決賽，但能夠代表香港站上世界舞台，有精彩嘅表演，對我哋而言，已經係一件值得驕傲、亦值得好好記住嘅事。
由備賽到去到 San Diego，台上幾分鐘背後，其實係無數次練習、準備，整個 Pause It 團隊，仲有香港精品咖啡協會 @hksca_ 一路以來嘅投入與支持。世界舞台從來唔容易，而每一次全力以赴，都值得被好好記住。
多謝阿澤今次嘅付出同努力，亦多謝每一位一路有留意賽事、同我哋一齊打氣嘅朋友。

Zaak @barista_ahze has just completed his WLAC competition!
Although he is not moving on to the finals this time, being able to represent Hong Kong on the world stage is already something we are truly proud of, and something really worth remembering!
From preparation all the way to San Diego, those few minutes on stage were backed by countless hours of practice, preparation, and the dedication and support of the whole team and also The Hong Kong Specialty Coffee Association @hksca_ . The world stage is never easy, and every performance given with full commitment deserves to be remembered!
Thank you to Zaak for everything he put into this competition, and thank you as well to everyone who followed along and supported us!
We’ll also be hosting a sharing session soon, where everyone can take a closer look at the patterns Zaak prepared for WLAC, learn more about the thinking behind latte art creation, and see how we keep pushing ourselves to create better work every day!🪄

阿澤 @barista_ahze 啱啱完成咗 WLAC 初賽喇🥳
今屆有 33 位選手參賽，當中只有 6 位可以晉級決賽，結果會喺香港時間 4 月 12 日朝早 7:30 公佈。除咗等結果，大家仲可以留意聽日嘅「Art Bar」環節。
呢個環節今年係俾選手喺冇任何限制下盡情創作，會由觀眾投票選出一杯最受歡迎嘅拉花圖案。雖然唔屬於正式賽程，但大家可以直接支持你鍾意嘅選手，同時間感受下來自世界各地嘅創意！
錯過咗直播嘅朋友都唔使擔心，聽日我哋都會再出 post，同大家分享阿澤今次初賽帶來嘅兩個圖案。

Zaak has just completed his WLAC preliminary round. This year, there are 33 competitors in total, and only 6 will move on to the finals, with results announced at 7:30am HKT on 12 April.
There’s also Art Bar happening tomorrow, an audience voted event, and there’s no regulations at all. So head over to the World Coffee Championships website to check it out and support your favourite competitor!
