Pretty sure I experienced the future of live entertainment this weekend. Mind is blown, and I am thinking that it might be a little bit like coming up with a 50ā 4K LCD at a time when content is created using B&W movie cameras. AFAIK they had to build a sensor and a camera and a lens to capture enough detail in square 18K which is a LOT of data and it is amazing. Of course a lot can be created but that looks a little like video game footage. Still: this is it. They built this thing to almost dare artists to throw content at it. They will build more and more people will create stuff for it and it will get easier to create stuff for it. And honestly it makes perfect sense that it happens to be in Vegas because the whole thing is crazy, like building a city in the middle of nowhere without water. Figure out the details later. ššš
