A decade ago I hit a wall, a total testosterone level of about 250 when I should have been where I am today at 35.
One of the ways I fixed it? I took back my mornings, worked to create some type of daily normal that has even helped me get out of bed when my mental health has said otherwise.
Trying something new and getting reps in where it counts, drop a comment and let me know what do you think. Yeah, the bed head is real I jumped out of bed and got to work on this one.

Yes is a powerful word, one I need to say more of lately.
Honestly, I have my mom to thank for this after a conversation I needed to hear that made me realize how shutdown I’ve been.
There’s a point where we have to override the system and put ourselves back out in the world or risk losing ourselves entirely.
This is a 12 part series on finding my way back.

The first part is great, until it becomes escapism.
There’s always going to be an emergency, a cause, or an opportunity to chase. Are you able to go into it without it consuming everything you have to give or are you able to transition back to life productively?

First, moral of the story is quitting is dumb. Secondly, if you’re just flying by the seat of your pants and not reflecting you may lose yourself at times.
This is especially true for any homies living lives full of chaos, write shit down and take the photos so you can reflect and process when you need to. #mindset #clarity
You can only fake it so long, the unknown is never easy and we as humans love to know the outcome.
Unclench your jaw, breathe deep, and give yourself a break.
Feel like quick fixes are such an American thing, we’re always chasing the fastest fix.
Right now, it’s peptides and psychedelics. Guess what? They’re tools, if you’re not willing to commit to the long game and doing the work you’ll rebound back or could even end up worse off.
The fact that so much of this stuff is becoming more accessible is great, the reality is that if our culture doesn’t change our results won’t.

My first jobs after getting out of the Air Force were things that should have brought me a ton of joy, instead I burned myself out and found faults in everything and burned the bridge. Usually I was on the bridge.
My conflict resolution skills weren’t great, reactivity was either fighting or fawning. When we look deeper it’s never about what we’re reacting to, it’s usually about something unresolved sitting just under the surface.
Look back at your life and see what thoughts or questions arise, they may very well help write your future or connect the dots on something very relevant.
Do the thing, no matter what.
More than ever storytelling matters, art matters, small business matters yet many of us get crushed by the pressure to perform or only be “great” the reality though is that you can’t be great without making a bunch of not so great things.
Keep showing up. #mindset
What if the answer isn’t more?
We all too often attack a problem with thinking more is the solution.
You worked through some past trauma but feel stuck? More healing modalities, more plant medicine, more self hep content.
Feeling as though you’re not losing weight fast enough? More training sessions or more cardio.
Not getting the promotion or the attention you want at work? More hours, more projects, more stress.
What if the answer isn’t more, what if it’s less?
Less fixation on the outcome so that we have more enjoyment of the process and can look back and have a great story to tell.
Less pressure internally or externally to perform so that we can operate from a place of authenticity and impact.
Most importantly, what if it’s about stripping away all the unnecessary masks we wear so that life feels less heavy and more aligned. #mindsetshifts
