LIGHTING BREAKDOWN
Picture 1:
#1 -
@aputure.lighting Nova p300c as the key light pushing through #2, 6x6 full grid.
#3 -
@nanliteusa PavoTube 30x II over camera pushing though #4, artificial silk. I used this to wrap the light around the talent’s face a bit more.
#5 -
@falconeyeshk 2x2 lite mat overhead, behind talent acting as a hair light.
#6 -
@nanliteusa Forza 500 pushing into the ceiling to bring up the level in the room.
#7 -
@aputure.lighting 300d with a spotlight attachment used as a special to bring up the level of the plant and back area.
#8 -
@nanliteusa Forza 60c with a fresnel + barn doors used to create the slash of light on the back right corner wall.
#9 -
@nanliteusa PavoTube 30x II mounted to the brick wall to bring the level up on the brick and chairs.
#10 -
@aputure.lighting b7c light bulb in lamp dimmed way down.
Pictures 2 and 3 are using similar techniques to picture 1.
The only thing of note from Picture 2 was the key light. It was a very tight space by the windows, so I decided to pull the blinds down on the one window to the right of camera and bounce a
@nanliteusa Forza 500 off it. I then clipped a piece of diffusion to a stand and a printer that was on the ledge, and created a janky book light.
It was a 3 man team.
@kingcurated setup the 2 cameras and teleprompter, while myself and
@joeortizny setup the lighting. Small, but efficient team!
