If you're buying enough basic food for your children, it's best to focus on inexpensive and filling staples like:
Rice
Flour
Lentils or beans
Oil
Pasta
Milk (if available for children)
These items last a long time and are sufficient for more than one meal.
For example, some ready-made "food baskets" contain similar items like rice, oil, pasta, and legumes and are suitable for families. The link is in the bio.
Writing
My dear friends, my family has received no support for a long time, and we are living through difficult times, lacking even the most basic necessities.
We need at least $400 a month just to buy a little food, and there are many other needs we cannot afford. I feel helpless as I write these words, but my hope is in God and then in you.
Please don't leave me alone in this difficult situation. Your support, even if it's small, can make a real difference in our lives and give us a chance to continue.
May God reward you abundantly and multiply your blessings. š¤

Thereās one minority we should be angry at: the billionaires funding division while working class people canāt make ends meet.
Organise in every workplace, every community. Fight racism and defend the marginalised. Thatās how we win.

A billboard in support of those currently on hunger strike in British prisons. None of the hunger strikersāwho are on remandāhave been found guilty of anything. In breach of the standard pre-trial custody limit of six months, all the hunger strikers have been held on remand for over a year. There is a real risk those remaining on hunger strike will die, their deaths would be on the hands of an intransigent Labour government and their z!0n1$t paymasters.
They are demanding immediate bail, the right to a fair trial, an end to censorship of their communications, the de-proscription of PA and the closing of all UK sites run by Israelās largest weapons manufacturer Elbit.
