The Rio, Since '76.
This year marks 50 years of the Rio, its success, steadfastness and enduring legacy. The Rio has roots that intertwine with some of the most iconic moments in sporting history and an evolution that traces history's most culturally exciting decades.
As part of our celebration, we re-introduce the heritage style with updated Nylon and Suede uppers in refreshed colours - specially designed for Spring Summer '26, met with classic Patrick hallmarks including durable rubber tread soles, gold foil branding and iconic 2-stripes. Capturing that true vintage aesthetic. Dubbed, The Rio Sport.
Legendary then. Legendary now.
Massive thanks to @patrickuk1892 and @_dicko_ for kitting us out for our tour, much appreciated!

PATRICK SS26 COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE NOW.
Was lucky enough to be sent across some bits from the collection to photograph and safe to say it’ll be getting added to my wardrobe. Patrick feel like a brand that have taken a lot of time to redefine their image - similar to what a number of UK street brands have done over the past few years with the rise in blokecore, sportswear, streetwear and football culture. This new seasons collection feels like their best work yet and can’t wait to see what the future holds for the brand moving forward. Redefined. Reimagined. Innovative. Fresh. Classic with a modern feel. Big up and huge thank you to the team at @patrickuk1892 for sending me out these bits. Perfect jackets for an away day for the football.

PATRICK SS26: “Match Day Rituals”.
A journey from rural ends intersected by familiar winding lanes and old roads. Streets we used to play on, corners we’ve met a hundred times before. Songs we always play and the customary pit stops we’ll make.
Cues for memories to resurface and old jokes between friends to be retold. Excitement fuelling the anthems we chant as kick-off nears. Energy spirited, alive, driving us forward through the wins - and the inevitable losses.
These are match day rituals to live by.
