The German Term „Sollbruchstelle“ is a deliberately engineered weak spot: an area designed to give way first under stress. In doing so, it protects the rest of the object or allows for a controlled separation.
As a house party in Berlin increasingly spirals out of control, David and Lola retreat into an empty bathtub. There, they stumble into an unexpectedly serious conversation about having children and their visions of the future. With every exchange, it becomes clearer that their ideas of life are fundamentally incompatible.

How to build bigger biceps – Barbell Curl Gauntlet (Partner Edition)
2 rounds, each with 4 intensity-based bicep movements using a barbell and a training partner.
Each round includes:
1️⃣ Heavy Dropset - 8–10 reps, just before failure
2️⃣ Light Dropset – Drop weight, hit another near-failure set
3️⃣ Isometric hold (top position) – 4–6 reps, each rep ~5 seconds hold while your partner applies steady downward pressure (20–30 sec time under tension)
4️⃣ Partner-resisted curls (from bottom) – 4–6 reps, each rep 3–5 seconds up as your partner resists your concentric curl (20–30 sec total)
🧠 Focus: Muscle control > ego. Keep the elbows tucked and form strict.
🤝 Partner must apply steady, controlled resistance — no jerking or overpowering.
🅿️ No partner? Use resistance bands or push against a wall to simulate tension.
🎯 Time under tension + eccentric overload = serious arm growth
⚠️ 2 rounds only — more isn’t better if you go all in.
