In early December someone sent me @danaeleslie ’s story because she was looking for a film photographer in Atlanta. It had been almost 2 years since I shot film, but I said yes. 4 months later this is one of my favorite photo projects of 2025. I’d been wanting to get back into music centered work and Bella’s EP being Christ centered made it so much more meaningful. Thank you for letting me play a small part in this journey!

This is GFX ETERNA 55!🎥 // To have a small part in one of the biggest parts of Fujifilm history is a dream. Creating this project with this group of people was the most enjoyable on set experience I’ve had. ETERNA 55 has an image like no other filmmaking camera out there, and being on both sides of the camera for this project is a memory I will cherish for forever. Thank you @fujifilmx_us !

I absolutely love this rig. I’ve wanted a setup like this for a long time and with the X-E5s release, it provided a camera with great video specs i a form factor that made this build possible. What you see now is my 4th iteration of this build. It took me about 2.5 months to get it right and I’m super happy with it! Version 5 coming eventually👀. I hope you try this out if you’ve been looking for a similar setup, or even use the concept for a different camera.

APRIL // do you feel younger or older than you are?
I wish I could address all of the nuances of aging, but I can only fit so much in 2 minutes. Not everyone will agree with my perspective, but that’s how it should be! What I’m wanting everyone to see is that getting older is bad thing, it’s a natural thing. It’s as simple as being on Earth for a long time or a short time.
We don’t have to fall into the negative stereotypes that are associated with aging. It’s okay to feel younger and still be able to handle real responsibility. I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments!

Is 5 Megapixels Enough? // recently I found my old iPod touch from 2013 and have really enjoyed using it for everyday photography. It makes me feel old knowing that a lot of people are using 2012 technology in order to get a “vintage” look,🥴 but if it works it works!🤷‍♂️ I’ve been filming a lot with it too, but that’s for another post.
All of these photos were edited only inside of the iPod, using the Transfer filter.

This is honestly my favorite camera strap that I’ve used in the past seven Ish years. Might pick up some new colors since they’re on sale right now!
