I think the best way to describe my feeling when I first got this board under my feet was surprised. I normally live on epoxy boards when the waves are small so I keep the pop and speed around town. This board was unique for me as it was poly foam, round tail, and multiple fin set ups. I was so impressed with the speed and float that the wide tail brought to this design and loved it as both thruster and four fin (using my better every day 4 fin in futures).
I think for high performance small wave surfing this is a must have in the quiver heading into summer. Been surfing it non stop and loving the speed and creativity it has brought back into my small wave game.
This board here is 5’5 1/2” x 19 1/8 x 2 1/2 and 29L.
I normally surf 5’10 x 18 3/4 x 2 5/16 at 28L - and I’m 6’0” and 170 lbs!
