It is extremely disturbing that a Seasoned Police Executive Official would think it's appropriate to have NO minorities or No women on his executive staff.
Lack of diversity in leadership roles oftentimes leads to culturally incompetent policing strategies, that overwhelmly leaves people of color much worse than they found them.
