Burgundy tasting!! We’ve wanted to do this for a while. Thursday 19th Feb, 6.30 to 8.30pm at Fíon Eile.
Our @paulgartland1 and friend of Fíon Eile @patrick_greenacres are just back from a quick trip around Burgundy and they’ve chosen a handful of bottles from producers that really stood out to them while they were there.
We’ll start with Crémant and work our way through up to Chassagne-Montrachet. There’ll be cheese and charcuterie on the table and plenty of chat about the producers, the villages and what’s happening in the region right now.
