For our launch event back in August last year, @erykchef designed an entirely plant-based menu, cherishing fruits and vegetables at their peak ✨🌱
Menu:
Ajo Blanco with vanilla oil, served with almond-stuffed cherries, cucamelons pickled in Concord grape vinegar, and grapes rolled in roasted almonds, vanilla ash, and Espelette pepper.
Coco Bean and Fennel Bouillabaisse, served with a tomato stuffed with summer vegetables, garnished with fresh Herbes de Provence.
Plums Three Ways: poached in sake (Victoria), roasted in port (greengage), and glazed in beetroot reduction (red plum). Garnished with caramelized peanuts and fig leaf oil, served alongside ginger amazake.

Such a stunning project for a great personal favourite client. This ten metre hand dyed and painted tablecloth was a great addition to the launch dinner for @tables.london held at @ensohouse
