Week 11.
Highest mileage I’ve ever done.
One week before the half marathon.
There were moments this cycle where I felt behind.
Slower than expected.
Not fully sharp yet.
But that’s the part people don’t really see.
The miles that feel slow.
The days you don’t feel sharp.
The workouts that don’t hit.
You stay in it anyway.
