Last Friday we did some guerrilla impulse responses in the Waterloplein Area. Super fun to teach Acoustic Explorations Of Space as part of
Form Studies. AHK Amsterdam
Together we discussed and explored spatial audio.We focused on collective composition while having an informal approach over the rigid conventions and excessive solemnity common in the spatial sound field
Very thankful to #albertodecampo and @brunogola for inviting me to do a workshop @udkberlin . Together we explored some spatial works i did with #rocjimenezdecisneros and @kay_schuttel . Then we worked towards creating a collective 4 channel megamix with sonic material provided by students.
ALGOMYSTICA returns to Panke for its sixth edition in 2025 with a lineup of artists whose works traverse sonic research, applied theory, and experimental performative approaches:
PATIÑO sculpts with synthetic sound, shaping encounters between sound, space, and light that unfold somewhere between concert, public event, and installation.
Shuoxin Tan (谭硕欣) works at the intersection of mathematics, topology, and algorithmic composition, developing network based systems that translate theoretical knowledge into sonic practice.
Luc Döbereiner examines the fragility and contingency of sound, uncovering its shifting relations with social, technological, and compositional worlds.
Cammack Lindsey brings together science, myth, and political struggle in holobiotic musicals, where voices, organisms, and living matter tell stories of resistance and imagine alternative futures.
