life is simple, yet in its simplicity, so profound
what is, is, what was, was, and what will, be will be
each moment is its own, and in this moment, is where we choose to be
our creations are like the fruits from this tree we call life
so to make more fruit, is what we’re here to do
Flow meets
flow toys, movement, play, connection.
medicine for many
a time of freedom
a sense of community
grateful for the every changing aspect of things, for the growth and the new.
Thank you for the love, for the opportunity to share, the space to create, and the chance to connect.
Thank you to @oak.nectar for capturing these moments. For within these frozen moments you may begin to feel what i feel.
I hope to see you around :)

Flow & Embodied Movement is officially running

This is a two-hour class built around one idea — that flow isn’t something you do, it’s something you allow. We’ll move through meditation, body awareness, guided elemental journeys through water, earth, fire, and wind, then close with music and flow prop play. All levels. Drop-in. By donation ($30 suggested).

First group staff workshop of the year complete!
Only took me 4 months to do it😂
Thanks to all that came out, it was a great success.
We had a range from absolute beginners to some with prior experience and some that have been working with me previously who played and shared with eachother
Big thanks to @louis.moves for coming out and sharing some guidance along the way, as well the others that offered bits here and there :)
Keep practicing, keep learning, there will be more workshops in the coming weeks, stay tuned!
(it says Thursday but means Saturday)
An introduction to the art of staff spinning, open to absolute beginners and intermediate practitioners alike. This workshop builds a strong foundation while offering new insights for those already on their flow journey.
This workshop is about more than tricks — it’s about connection.
Moving with the staff as an extension of your body, not separate from it.
Wherever you’re at in your journey, you’ll leave with tools, insight, and inspiration to deepen your flow.
This workshop is set for a capacity of 6 participants, for the ones who’ve felt the pull toward staff and fire, but haven’t taken the first step. For those willing to show up, stay curious, and devote time to the slow craft of building their flow.
If this sounds like you, head to the link in my bio to fill out the form, I will contact the first 6 registrations. If there is a large interest, I will run another the following week. I may also get some friends to come out and help, and move the workshop to an outdoor space where we can include a larger capacity of students. Stay tuned for updates and I hope to see you there!
Our first skillz lab workshop✨🌀 and it was such a success, you all came in ready to learn and watching everyone pick up everything so quickly was honestly the best part. Every little breakthrough showed just how much we are all capable of learning in such a short time. All the energy, focus, and willingness to try made it so special. 🫶 this is only the beginning, til next time!
Love, Jaz and Andrew
Workshop time!
Flowstar Foundations is an entry point into the world of flow.
Whether it’s your **first time ever touching a star** or you’ve picked one up a handful of times before, this workshop is designed to meet you where you’re at and give you a strong base to grow from.
We’ll be diving into the **core building blocks of flowstar/dapo**, including planes, rotations, foundational patterns, and different styles of play. The intention is not just to teach moves, but to give you an understanding of how the prop works, so you can explore, practice, and expand in your own unique way.
You’ll receive our best tips, tricks, and guidance, along with inspiration for where your flow can evolve next—whether that’s performance, play, or personal practice.
✨ No experience needed
✨ All levels welcome
✨ Come solo or with friends
The session will run for **1.5 hours** and is **by donation**.
If you have your own star, bring it along! If not, we’ll have extras available to share.
Come play, explore, and discover your flow 🌊⭐
Location and more details can be found in the link in my bio, under Flowstar Foundations April 2.

If you are new to the star,
There will be foundations workshops available that i would suggest attending before attending a skills lab :)
This will hopefully be the first of many, and due to the space and nature of the workshop we will only be accepting 6 participants for this one.
I will post the registration link in the linktree in my bio @pathwalkerflows , on Monday March 9, at 12:00pm
This workshop will take place on Thursday March 13th

Here’s a show of some of the basics and foundations that I think are important pillars to understand and practice, that will allow for a deeper understanding of the mechanics, planes, and rotations… that hold a structure for your flow to progress from :)
I will make some more videos individually for the basics, as well as I will be running workshops in and around vancouver, and hopefully at lots of festivals this season :)))
