What do we do when God feels silent in our pain? There are things that happen in this world that are simply too painful to explain. But God hasn't forgotten you. He binds up our wounds, and He uses even the hardest seasons for good. In those moments, He invites us to trust Him — even when it doesn't make sense.
We're thrilled to announce the third and final recipient of this year's Light of St. Louis Award: Our Lady of Perpetual Help Food Pantry! Their unwavering commitment to our city and to the immigrants who call St. Louis home makes them a truly deserving honoree. Join us this weekend to vote on how the award funds will be divided.
What would it look like for us to truly walk into God's presence and willingly offer our lives up to the light of Jesus? We love and appreciate when Jesus' light shines on the darkness around us, but what about when the light shines on us? But that is where the power is. That's why God begins to remake us into who we are meant to be.
