Mental Health Awareness
A short clip from a recent project I had the opportunity to be a part of, centred around such an important topic today, mental health.
Sometimes it’s easier to brush things off and pretend everything’s okay rather than face what’s really going on inside. Mental health struggles can show themselves in different ways sometimes it’s loud through anger and frustration, sometimes it’s silent… but it’s always there.
The aim of this project was to highlight how those struggles can affect not only the person going through it, but also the people closest to them. It’s important to talk, open up, and remind people they don’t have to deal with everything alone.
