A year ago, I released my first song with absolutely no idea where it would lead.
I just knew one thing…
After singing at over 300 weddings, I felt like there was a certain sound missing from the wedding music world.
Something cinematic, emotional and timeless.
The kind of song that completely changes a moment.
So I decided to create it.
13 releases later, this little idea has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined 🥺
Millions of streams which feels surreal to even type out in this caption.
People all over the world using my music for some of the most important moments of their lives - from weddings, to babies, to family videos and memories they’ll keep forever.
Messages every single day from brides saying they genuinely can’t decide which song to choose because they love them all.
And comments saying I’ve “changed the wedding industry”… which still feels crazy to even read.
What started as a passion project has slowly become a real artist career and I honestly could not be more grateful 🫶🏻
I’ve been so lucky to work with producers who became real friends, alongside incredible people in the industry who believed in me and guided me from the start.
And I’m so grateful to every single person who has streamed a song, shared one, used one in their videos, walked down the aisle to one, or supported me in any way at all.
This whole journey has come from just 13 songs in 13 months… which honestly feels mad to say out loud.
And the plans for what’s coming next are even bigger.

I grew up ‘religious’. Maybe spiritual or more specifically Christian might be a better fit but either way the concept of God had always played a large role in my life. If you ask me now what I believe I’d need at least an hour of your time to explain it. Someone looking out for me, an idea of something bigger than myself. Perhaps that sums it up enough for now.
When we sat down to write this song I felt the weight of a thousand opinions on my back. Who gets to decide what wrong and right is? Who will I end up answering to one day? I wanted to write something raw, real, and leave God to be the judge of the rest of it. So I said it out loud. Admitted it. Shared it with the universe.
No more secrets. This is my confession.

I’ll let the lyrics tell the story but this song was written on a rainy day back in 2019 with the wonderful @iam_sunny_music and incredible @iammikekintish . I needed to get something off my chest and as all good songwriting sessions go it felt like the right place to let it all go.
I hope you love it. It’s raw, it’s real, it’s honest. Just because you’re not proud of something doesn’t mean you can’t turn it into something beautiful.
