‼️Super important to push past 180° with both exercises to engage glutes and teach lats to push past horizontal.
❗️The thickness of the band is not as important as the length; it must be short enough to give resistance.

2️⃣ Pointing your toes can help to engage your legs, especially glutes.
🏆 But for me the game changer was actually trying NOT to kip my legs by imagining my feet were tied to the floor.
