Three years. Three Top 50s. 🍷
Incredibly proud to share that Patch Wines has been named in the Young Gun of Wine Top 50 for the third year in a row.
What started as a passion project has grown into something much bigger — driven by curiosity, a love of great vineyards, and a commitment to making wines that speak honestly of where they come from.
To be recognised alongside some of the most exciting winemakers in the country is something we don’t take lightly. Huge thanks to the @younggunofwine crew for the support, and to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far.
Some exciting news heading into a long weekend, our first ever Gruner is released today 🥳 Yarra Valley fruit and only 500 odd bottles made. There was more but we lost some volume due to a winery mishap 😣 Get it while you can.
2 new spring/summer 2025 wines leaving the nest this week. #yarra Pinot Gris with a little skin contact & a lovely zippy #alpinevalleys Vermentino perfect for pounding in the ☀️

Patch Wines delivering another stunning wine. It’s crisp, with vibrant fruit flavours. 🍇
Subtle tannins and a touch of oak. This wine is quickly becoming a staff favourite, we’re sure you’ll love it too!
The sun may be setting a little sooner, but that’s no reason not to sparkle.

It may only be our 5th vintage here at Patch HQ but this little bundle of joy marks the 18th individual grape variety we’ve processed!! What a ride. With 2 more new varieties this year we will crack 20 varieties 🤯 Any guesses on his new white variety?
2024 Cab Franc is hitting the shelves this weekend @the.urban.vineyard The 2023 was a fan favourite and 2024 is a fantastic follow up vintage. Unfortunately this vineyard was pulled out a few months ago so now more cab franc in 2025 😢
