This weekend carries unusual spiritual weight, and I don’t want you to miss what God is doing in our city. There are moments when prayer is not optional—it is an invitation into alignment, authority, and movement.
Here are three powerful prayer gatherings this weekend that I strongly encourage you to prioritize:
1️⃣ Five Hours of Prayer at CityLight Church
This is a set-apart time to wait on the Lord, contend for His purposes, and be refreshed in His presence. When God’s people linger, clarity and power are released.
2️⃣ 12 Hours of Prayer with Brenda Palmer
Debo and I will be ministering from 6–7pm (the 11th hour). There are moments when God speaks with urgency and seals what He has been forming all day. Come expectant.
3️⃣ Chicagoland United in Prayer – Torrey-Gray Auditorium
CityLight–LDC is honored to serve as an organizing partner in this citywide initiative each year. This is the Church standing together—many expressions, one cry—seeking God for Chicago.
Scripture reminds us, “If my people… humble themselves and pray… I will heal their land.” This weekend is about positioning ourselves for that promise.
Make room. Show up hungry. Come ready to agree with heaven.
