What took place was absolutely phenomenal.
To see so many people from across denominational lines, cultures, and backgrounds come together in prayer was a powerful reminder that unity is still possible.
We did not gather in response to tragedy or at the summons of a political party. We gathered to shine the light of unity in such a divisive world and to provide hope for our world.
And personally, I’m so happy that this was how I got to celebrate my birthday — surrounded by prayer, unity, and love.
