The Olympic flame ignites in the streets of Milan. For a brief moment, conflicts, tensions, and crises are overshadowed and “forgotten” by the most historic sporting competition. @milanocortina2026 @olympics

It has once again taken me to a monastery. For the series “Deceleration” for ZNB magazine, I went to a place of retreat – a venerable little monastery right in the middle of the rushing economic city of Zug. It’s a place where you can take a break and relax. Text written by Carmen Rogenmoser

Late August, on a Friday evening. Summer, they say, will be over tomorrow. Once again, no Estonian team has qualified for the group stage of a European competition. But that’s hardly a surprise. In Estonia, the main focus is on the national «Premium Liiga». This evening, Vaprus Pärnu faces the current leaders and champions, FC Levadia, in Tallinn’s national stadium. By coincidence, I met some guys from Pärnu and joined them in the away sector among 477 spectators, with around 60 loyal fans from Pärnu in the nearly empty arena. Tallinn, Estonia 🇪🇪
