Rule #1 when filming any project is use a clear filter. For my latest video on our YouTube channel STEEL & QUARTZ, I got the camera as close to the action as possible resulting in sparks and molten metal fusing with the filter. The embedded steel looks like tiny little asteroid strikes across the glass.
