This gas tank is in need of some work. In this video from Partzilla.com, John will show you how to remove rust from the gas tank on this motorcycle. And mainly, it just takes using the right stuff and being willing to be patient and letting it work.
Just rinsing it isn’t enough. There’s a lot of sediment in there. So, we’re going to use a degreaser to get the congealed fuel out of the tank and then attack the rust. Then we’ll finish it off with some rust inhibitor.

This morning, Cade Clason announced that he will be stepping away from professional racing after this weekend’s Salt Lake City Supercross. Turning pro in 2013, Clason has been a steady presence in the sport for nearly 15 years, making 104 combined Supercross and Motocross starts. His best career finish to date was a 10th place run at the 2022 Detroit Supercross.
