Soledad Piñero Misa (@solpineromisa ) is a social entrepreneur and trainer with extensive experience in inclusive facilitation. She is the founder of Part of More - a collective of values-driven facilitators offering Intentional Leadership programs, transformative co-creations and human rights initiatives like Not Controversial, reaching over 90 million views on Instagram.
Her work spans from founding the award-winning social enterprise Retoy, engaging half a million children in rights-based play, to being the president of the Red Cross Refugee Center and pioneering corporate social innovation as Social Mission Manager at Ben & Jerry's Nordics. Through her work, she participates in co-creating more joyful coexistence and a child-friendlier world.

🕊️📢 Our children are the biggest victims of the escalation of rights abuse, violence and crimes against humanity we are witnessing.
The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, ratified by every country except the United States, affirms that every child has the right to be protected from all forms of physical and mental violence (Article 19), from starvation and lack of access to healthcare (Article 24), and from the impacts of armed conflict (Article 38). Genocide against children is explicitly prohibited under the Genocide Convention of 1948.
Keep protecting, demanding and co-creating a more child-friendly world.

Today, December 10th, marks 77 years since the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - a milestone that reminds us that human rights are not a privilege, but a birthright for all.

We cannot allow discrimination, power abuse and racism - forces that contradict the very foundation of our universal rights - to undermine our common humanity, dignity and our universal rights.
