Allah reminds us:
لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِن يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنكُمْ
“Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is your piety.” (QS. Al-Hajj: 37)
