18 Weeks ago I got out of the Hospital from a Heart Issue, @duval_koutroulis convinced me to sign up for LA Marathon. In 18 Weeks I ran 246.5 Miles training but with 2 Torn Meniscus, Long Runs are challenging. So my longest run while training was 16miles.. My goal was 10:00/mile & ended up with 9:25/mile!! Crazy experience. Thanks Duval for training with me & guiding me thru prep. Thanks to my Family & Friends for the support! My fallen angels pushed me to the end. Had my Ken shirt thru the race. Love everyone❤️I go melt now..
