Okay, even though I wanted to make a post saying I was alive/active, I felt more like commenting about this thing that one of the so called "greatest directors of comic book movies" said the other day. Guilt. Was Spider-Man guilty of Uncle Ben's death? Yes, that's one of the core reasons that makes the webhead who he is. Let's go back then to the Amazing Fantasy #15.
Peter didn't become Spider-Man because he was a already a selfless hero. Once he got his powers, he felt that it was his big opportunity for fame, fortune and recognition. He let his ego take over. He thought the world owed him something now that he was special.
And just because of that selfishness, he made the choice not to stop a criminal when he had the chance. That decision directly led to his uncle's death. That's the point. The tragedy isn't just that Ben died, it's that Peter KNOWS IT'S HIS FAULT. That guilt destroys him, forces him to grow up, to realize that with great power there also must come big responsibility.
You take that guilt out of the character and He just loses everything of what he stands for. It separates him from other heroes. He's not inspiring because he's perfect, he's inspiring because he failed in the worst possible way, learned from it and lived with that mistake for the rest of his life. He dedicated his life to making sure nobody else suffers because of his mistakes again. Even though he felt like quitting sometimes, he still held his promise.
That's why the motto of the responsibility matters. It's not just an advice his uncle gave him, it's a lesson that Peter learned through pain, regret and accountability. The hero wasn't born because of the bug bite, it was born from the guilt. And that's what Spider-Man is, Guilty.

Hi everyone! Ty for stopping by and giving this a read, really appreciate it and I'm really having fun writing this chapters (6 left to write and edit). I've been thinking and I think I'd make them 3 by each week, like 9 chapters from a series- I should give this thing a title right?
Anyways, I hope you're having an amazing day and a good start of a week tomorrow, the writing will be on the comments in case you're wondering! Thanks for reading again!

hi everyone, it's been a little while. I know I said I wouldn't post regularly anymore, neither editing- but it's Leo, Benjy and RJ's fault /j. Jokes aside, i wanted to start writing again on here and thanks to their brilliant idea of creating the MCI, i got inspired and decided to give it a try, and I'm already loving it. I hope you guys like this one, I'm already working on this so it could be a series. You can start reading it in comments as soon as I post it and finish my breakfast-
Hey True Believers, howโs it going?
I hope youโre doing greatโand if not, I truly hope things start looking up for you soon. Hang in there, yeah?
โ โโ โโ โโ
Now, no, this isnโt a goodbye. Itโs more like a little clarificationโor maybe just some thoughts I needed to let out. Soโฆ itโs very likely that this will be the last post on this account, at least for a while. Why? Wellโฆ lately, all of this started to feel more like an obligation than a passion. I donโt know if that makes senseโbut let me try to explain.
โ โโ โโ โโ
When I first started editing and sharing here, I did it for the love of it. It made me happy, it gave me a spark. But over time, I began to feel like I had to keep doing itโto stay relevant, to keep the interactions coming, to avoid being โforgotten.โ And that feeling? That pressure? I didnโt like it.
I donโt want to feel like I have to post in order to be seen, or to meet some invisible standard of what makes an account โgood enough.โ Sadly, it feels like a part of the community sees it that way.
โ โโ โโ โโ
So, Iโve made a decision. At least for this account, I wonโt be editing anymoreโnot out of obligation, anyway. If I ever post on here, itโll be because I truly want to. Because Iโm inspired again. Because it brings me joy.
The same goes for my other accounts too.
โ โโ โโ โโ
And to those who supported me along the wayโthank you.
Thank you for the likes, the comments, the reposts, the DMs, the little moments of kindness. Even if we never spoke, your presence meant more than you know.
This doesnโt mean I wonโt stop writing, dms are open and Iโll still be around sharing your posts on stories or writing with yโall.
And thatโs it, take care of yourselves. Do what you love. And donโt let anythingโor anyoneโmake you feel like you have to earn your worth. Youโre enough just as you are.
โ โโ โโ โโ
Thanks for understanding. ๐ธ๏ธ

For as long as he could remember, Peter Parker had lived two lives.
โ โโ โโ โโ
There was the life of the ordinary manโPeter, the kid from Queens who struggled with rent, took pictures for the Bugle, and spent his nights tangled in guilt over the choices he had made. The man who had lost too much, carried too many burdens, and still somehow found it in himself to get back up every time the world knocked him down.
โ โโ โโ โโ
And then there was Spider-Manโthe symbol, the protector, the mask that had let him be something more than just a scared teenager trying to do the right thing. Spider-Man had been his armor, his escape, his way of keeping the people he loved safe.
โ โโ โโ โโ
But today, for the first time, there would be no separation.
โ โโ โโ โโ
The weight of that realization pressed down on him as he stood before the cameras, a thousand lenses capturing his every breath, his every twitch of hesitation. A humid breeze rolled through Washington, but it did nothing to cool the sweat forming at the nape of his neck.
โ โโ โโ โโ
He had made this choice.

New York City โ Midnight
โ โโ โโ โโ
The night was alive with the usual chaosโsirens blaring in the distance, the rhythmic honking of taxis below, and the occasional shout of a pedestrian whoโd had just a little too much excitement for one night. But none of that mattered right now.
โ โโ โโ โโ
What mattered was the boom that rattled the streets, sending a wave of kinetic force rippling through the air. Sparks danced like miniature fireworks as another concussive blast tore through the alleyway, the shockwave flinging a parked car onto its side.
โ โโ โโ โโ
Peter swung through the skyline, boots skimming the edge of a rooftop before he launched himself forward again. His body moved on instinct, muscle memory guiding every twist and turn as his web latched onto the next building.
โ โโ โโ โโ
"I swear, if I have to hear one more electricity punโ" he muttered, adjusting midair to dodge the debris hurtling past him.
โ โโ โโ โโ
"Oh, you know heโs gonna say it," Miles answered through the comms, keeping pace beside him. "Shockerโs got, like, three lines in his whole script."

Okay, this is a bit different from my usual posts (though there are other different ones in the works), but anywayโhere's a voice analysis of my favorite Spidey voice actors from animated shows and video games, who I think of their voices while I'm reading a comic.
Also, huge shoutout to @ironfutures and @hisamends for inspiring this with their voice analyses postsโlove the concept. And a special thanks to Leo for helping with the audio. I owe you one!

hey everyone! hope youโre all doing great!
sooo this is gonna be the last writing I post for a while. Iโve been having a blast sharing these, but I think itโs time to take a little break and let some new ideas simmer. still have some ideas but I wanna take my time with those and see where they go, besides got the au's coming and need to write for the importance of ultimate spider-man.
but before that, I had to write this one.
"The Legacy Lives On" is all about Peterโs feelings towards Miles Morales. Iโve always loved their dynamicโhow Peter goes from being skeptical about Miles to seeing him as family. I wanted to explore that pride Peter feels as a mentor, how he sees the Spider-Man legacy being passed on and knows itโs in good hands. I even touched on their first meeting in the Spider-Men comic and how far theyโve come since then.
anyways, hope you all enjoy this one as much as I did writing it. thanks for reading all these piecesโitโs been awesome sharing them with you all!

hey everyone! hope youโre all doing great!
alright, so hereโs another one Iโve been wanting to write for a while. Iโve been exploring a lot of Peterโs emotions lately, from his losses to his struggles with responsibility, but I felt like it was time to dive into something a little differentโsomething thatโs just as important: his love for Mary Jane.
this oneโs called "Where I Belong", and itโs all about how MJ isnโt just Peterโs love interestโsheโs his anchor, his home, the person who keeps him grounded when the weight of being Spider-Man gets too heavy. we always talk about how Spideyโs this symbol of resilience and responsibility, but I think MJ is a huge part of what makes that possible. without her, Peter wouldโve lost himself a long time ago.
anyway, hope you guys enjoy this one! ty for the ones who read it, means a lot. I have one more and then I'm done.
