We are incredibly excited to welcome the Parker Quartet to the MFA tonight to give what promises to be a historic concert of the Debussy and Ravel String Quartets. First violinist Daniel Chong will be performing on the 1714 ‘Kneisel, Grün’ Stradivari violin—the same instrument Franz Kneisel used for the American premieres of these pieces in 1902 and 1906–which is currently on loan to the MFA from a generous lender. /event/music/parker-quartet
