1. “Take a Break FFS.” Breaks matter. Staying hydrated, eating properly, and taking 5–10 minutes to breathe and reset is part of the job. We’re all human. If someone isn’t feeling well or is clearly exhausted, that gets respected — no questions asked.
2. “If you scream, you’re out.” Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness and respect. Mistakes happen. That’s normal. There’s never a reason to disrespect or humiliate another person on set.
3. “Your background doesn’t matter.” On my set, there’s no discrimination based on skin color, nationality, gender, religion, sexuality, age, language, status, or background. Talent, kindness, and respect are what count.
4. “Have fun doing it.” Good energy matters. If people enjoy what they do, the work becomes better, the atmosphere becomes lighter, and creativity flows naturally.
5. “If we’re behind schedule, focus doubles.” When we fall behind timing, I expect everyone — including myself — to lock in, stay focused, and work together to get us back on track professionally.
