Initially designed in 2022 and inspired by the car wash aesthetic in Albania, Lavazh has now a stencil version called Lavazh Special. This extra bold typeface has 45+ letters, numbers and punctuation will be available for download soon!

After successfully completing the three sessions of designing a typeface (and we got some beautiful ones coming) we were ready to show it to the world. So we opened our exhibition at @tullaculture featuring 12 posters and 12 different typefaces.

Përgjatë muajve të fundit, @paragraf.type zhvilloi një seri punëtorish që i dhane mundësi të rinjve, artistëve vizualë dhe praktikuesve të ndryshëm për të gjeneruar krijimtari artistike që lehtësisht përkthehet në veprimtari përfituese.
Në përmbyllje të projektit kemi kënaqësinë t'ju ftojmë në hapjen e ekspozites “Paragraf Type Showcase” në @tullaculture të premten, datë 08.09.2023 - ora 19:00, ku veç krijueseve të tipografive do të ketë edhe profesionistë të ftuar që do të kontribuojnë në materialet e ekspozitës.
#Paragraf synon të jetë një punëtori e vijueshme që frymëzon dhe ndihmon këdo që ka interes të zhvillojë një praktikë alternative dhe eksperimentale që gjen fusha veprimi kudo në botë.
Ky projekt është i mbështetur nga Fondi Kulturor Zviceran, një projekt i Agjencisë Zvicerane për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim (SDC), zbatuar nga Qendra për Biznes, Teknologji dhe Lidership (CBTL)

After successfully completing the three sessions of designing a typeface (and we got some beautiful ones coming) we had the pleasure to hear a talk by Yll Rugova, one of the pioneers of typeface design in Kosovo, but also the author of the Tipografia Shqiptare book. He talked about how graphic design and especially typography has evolved throughout the years.
