@digitalmediatmu Lights! Microphone! Podcast Episode 3: How to Build a Millionaire Machine 🎙️💰 Lights! Microphone! Podcast — Episode 3 Host Alex sits down with @javon.ca @paprmache to get real about building a podcast that’s actually a business in disguise. His show, “100 Ways to Make $100K,” isn’t just content: it’s the front door to something bigger. In this conversation, Javon breaks down how he created the “Millionaire Machine,” a guest booking system he developed between episodes 30 and 55 that became the engine for his entire operation. You’ll hear about the difference between planning and adapting (spoiler: you need both), why fast feedback matters more than perfection, and how connecting underprivileged youth with successful mentors became the driving force behind a scalable business model. Whether you’re starting a podcast or already have one, this episode will shift how you think about content creation in the creator economy. Created inside a podcasting special topics course (DG 8010: MDM Podcast Lab) within @digitalmediatmu @thecreativeschl @torontomet , this six-part series explores what it really takes to start and grow a podcast. #digitalmediatmu #mdm #toronto #graduatestudents #podcasting

@yung_wu reminds us that real growth comes from embracing differences—not insulating ourselves inside what we already know. When you truly see people, hear them, and stay curious, your worldview expands and new opportunities emerge. Leadership isn’t about age or experience. It’s about staying open, learning continuously, and finding inspiration everywhere. The day you think you know it all is the day growth stops. 🎧 Listen or watch the full episode — link in bio 📺 Available on YouTube & all major podcast platforms #WhyWinnersNeverQuit #LeadershipMindset #Curiosity #LifelongLearning #YungWu

@yung_wu explains the real catalyst behind his entrepreneurial journey: refusing to live inside someone else’s definition of who he should be, how far he could go, or what his ceiling was supposed to be. The decision wasn’t about rebellion—it was about ownership. Create your own path, invite others to join, and move on your terms, not borrowed expectations. 🎧 Listen or watch the full episode — link in bio 📺 Available on YouTube & all major podcast platforms #WhyWinnersNeverQuit #EntrepreneurMindset #BuildYourOwnPath #Leadership #YungWu

Failure might still happen. That’s life. But quitting should never be the easy option. @yung_wu calls out a real founder superpower: the commitment to tough it out. Not blind persistence—but disciplined problem-solving. Go through it, over it, under it, or around it before you ever consider quitting. Failure might still happen. That’s life. But quitting should never be the easy option. 🎧 Listen or watch the full episode — link in bio 📺 On YouTube & all major podcast platforms 🎙 Hosted by @javon.ca 🎬 Produced by the team @paprmache #WhyWinnersNeverQuit #EntrepreneurMindset #Resilience #Leadership #YungWu

@yung_wu shares a hard-earned truth: losses are only realized when you decide to walk away. Setbacks, volatility, and moments that look like failure are not stop signs—they’re part of the path. Real winners stay in the game with humility, discipline, and responsibility. They keep executing, not for ego, but for the people, families, and stakeholders counting on them. That’s how temporary downside turns into long-term, asymmetric upside. 🎧 Listen or watch the full episode — link in bio 📺 Available on YouTube & all major podcast platforms Hosted by @javon.ca Produced by @paprmache #WhyWinnersNeverQuit #EntrepreneurMindset #Leadership #Resilience #YungWu

Unforgettable day at The Growling Beaver @parkinsoncanada 🚴🏽‍♂️ Nearly 400 riders came together to raise $650,000 in support of people living with Parkinson’s. Huge thank you to @paprmache @javon.ca for bringing me on to capture it!

@kingofbayst was asked what the most he’s ever made in a single day was... Let’s just say, his response was diplomatic. It was an honour to have this conversation with someone whose impact speaks volumes. The real value wasn’t just in what he said, but in what he chose not to say and in how he carries himself with intention and integrity. Thank you, Wes, for offering a glimpse into your world. We are looking forward to turning this inspiration into meaningful action. #weshall #100waystomake100k #paprmache@kingofbayst was asked what the most he’s ever made in a single day was... Sometimes we think we’ve “tried everything” – but have we really? A friend told me he applied to 10 jobs and felt like he’d exhausted all options. It had only been a month. After speaking with someone like @kingofbayst , you realize how many shots on goal you need to take before you actually score. Success doesn’t always come instantly, sometimes the payoff shows up 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years… maybe even longer. So, if you’re feeling stuck, ask yourself: Are you really out of options, or just out of patience? Imagine waking up one day and your body not working how it once did... Imagine starting to lose control of your balance and fine motor skills... Listen, over the past few months, that's what it's been like with an ankle injury. One of my mentors always says to me, "You think your $100k problems are small until you talk to someone with $1M problems." and it quickly brings me back to earth. My ankle injury is a small problem, especially in comparison to the hundreds of thousands of people living daily with Parkinsons disease. Last weekend @parkinsoncanada had an event called The #Superwalk, where they had different walk stations set up all across the country, from Halifax to British Columbia, uniting people living with Parkinson's, their caregivers, teams, and advocates. Our team got to support their Toronto walk and create some mixed media assets that their brand can use indefinitely into the future. The one We've shared in this post is a 15s event recap, and it was delivered a day after the event, along with a few other media assets. In our opinion, We think this is something you, as an event organizer, should be considering creating to showcase all of your events. Couple quick shout outs to some special people that made the walk possible Scott McMillan, Amy Drinkwater, Melissa Zumpano, Telisa T.. And some of the media team at PAPR MACHE Osaze, Helen Musulan, Nick, Arman Bhullar, and Jiya.

With a mindset like this, it's impossible to lose. So many people that you talk to get scared about the opportunity. If you can take any wisdom from a GOAT, don't let your mind come up with excuses on your behalf. We're all going through adversities in our lives, but with every step, you have the choice to crumble or be resilient. @kingofbayst didn't let excuses stop him... Why are you going to let them stop you? link to full episode in bio
