As part of “Cartier, Le Voyage Recommencé”, at Villa Reale di Marlia in Lucca (Italy), a recent installation designed by @patricia_urquiola  for @cartier , Paper Factor was called to create the support plinths for the showcases.  The plinths were made of olive — a compound of cellulose fibers and crushed olive stones — in the two dedicated colorways: red olive and green olive, each embodying the organic grain and tactile depth that define the terrace.

INLAY AMPLE Inspired by the ancient technique of intarsia, the surfaces of Inlay harness the physical qualities of Paper Factor, allowing the cellulose paste components to join smoothly during the pressing and assembly process.
