Wednesday nights we have combined the west coast and Denver meeting into one. We are no longer in person in Denver at the moment. Just doing zoom. For the last 10 years there as only been one being that’s been by my side throughout my whole healing process! He helped me get through the darkest days and get me closer to the light! Huge part of who I am today ❤️
The last 9 years I’ve been training. I’ve offered free training sessions/ full use of my yard/gym. NO ONE EVER ACCEPTED THE FREE WORKOUTS! Except one. That’s Cassius. He showed up everyday at our gym to cheer me on. My favorite things was him doing sit-ups with me(look dad I can do it to)!
When we went outside to hit the yard hard or just hang out. I open the back door. Cassius would bolt out the door to chase this squirrel down the fence that teased him! as I would yell “get that mother fucker” always followed by “u wouldn’t know what do with it if u caught um boy”
Before leaving for work he gave me hugs and always greeted me with a hug when i got home.
