The next MTG Regional Championship Qualifier is on June 7th!⁠ ⁠ The RCQ will be in the Modern format and run at Comp REL. Swiss rounds with a cut to top eight. Boss Fight Studio will be demoing their upcoming game, Saurozoic Warriors Arena, here at Pandemonium!⁠ ⁠ Welcome to Saurozoic Warriors Arena, the gladiatorial Dino battling board game! Players compete as DINO-GLADIATORS in a brutal contest of brute strength and cunning strategy; the last Dino standing wins!⁠ ⁠ During each game, players use cards and dice rolls to defeat other gladiators and win the crowd's favor. However, The arena is built upon an active volcano. Each eruption affects all players and changes the game. The game ends when the last crowd card is drawn. Each player gets once last turn. Events for kids aged 9-14 are back at Pandemonium Books and Games for July and August!⁠ ⁠ We will be offering a brand new Magic: The Gathering focused event, Commander Builder League!⁠ ⁠ In Commander Builder League, participants receive a box of 530 randomized cards, including a variety of powerful Legendary creatures. On the first day, we will use our box to build a commander deck. As we duel and team up against powerful challenge decks, we will get more cards to improve our decks. This event is suitable for kids who are new to deck building as well as experienced deck builders.⁠ ⁠ Commander Builder League will be run from:⁠ ⁠ July 6th - July 10th, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM⁠ ⁠ August 10th - August 14th, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM⁠ ⁠ ⁠ We also will be offering our Classic 5-Day Magic: The Gathering events from years past!⁠ ⁠ Our materials for the 5-Day event:⁠ Starter decks: To learn and practice the basics of dueling.⁠ Medium strength theme decks: For more advanced duels.⁠ Commander: Up to 4 player games where each player uses a powerful legendary creature card to lead their deck. ⁠ Archenemy: One player plays as a villain with a powerful deck against a team of 3 other players with regular decks.⁠ ⁠ Each participant will receive an achievement sheet so they can keep track of their accomplishments in their matches.
