You can now find PanDo Bakery leaflets at Bento Boys Convenience Store in Uxbridge.

PanDo Bakery started from a love of Japanese baking, comforting flavours and the idea that baked goods should feel a little bit special.
Everything is made in small batches from our home kitchen in Ruislip, with a focus on soft textures, balanced sweetness and flavours inspired by Japanese bakeries and cafés.
Our menu currently includes:
🤍 Fresh melon pan — soft fluffy bread wrapped in a delicate cookie crust
🍪 Chunky cookies — from rich chocolate walnut to matcha, sesame, miso and other rotating flavours
🎁 Mixed boxes for birthdays, gifts, celebrations or just a weekend treat
A lot of care goes into every recipe — from testing dough textures and flavour combinations to finding the right balance between indulgent and comforting. We love creating bakes that feel familiar but still a little different from the usual.
Some options are also available vegan and we are currently working on some naturally sweetened baked goods that many of you have requested.

I met Serina from PanDo Bakery at our business networking event in Harrow, and she asked if I’d like to try her cookies and share my honest review. Of course I said yes! 🍪 @pando_bakery
She arrived with a full box of cookies at my place! I genuinely wanted to properly review them… so I tried all in 3 days (Serina, if I get dental issues, you’re paying my dentist 😂)
The first cookie I tried was Matcha. I actually picked that one first because I thought it might be my least favourite… but OMG I was instantly obsessed. That’s when I knew these cookies were a HIT.
Next was the dry fruits cookie soft, fresh, perfectly balanced and honestly 10/10.
After that, every single cookie felt like a treat.
I ate them in my car, while watching TV, during school drops, while working, and even carried them with me to our next business networking event 😂
