After my cancer diagnosis and the decision to have a bilateral mastectomy, I researched extensively to prepare for the pre- and post-surgery period. One of the frequent recommendations I came across was to place essential items at an easy-to-reach level since I won’t be able to lift my arms high for a while.
Since my hair is quite long and it was time to donate it anyway, I decided to cut it really short to make it easier to manage when I need to clean myself 🚿. To date, I still cant have a proper shower 😅
Thank you @pandayaroo@kizuki_lim for the pixie cut and for letting me experience the joy of cutting my own hair short 💇🏻♀️. It was exhilarating!
