Me vs Period Cravings
Make yourself a mug cake. It helps.
Recipe for almond mug cake below.
15g butter
25g almond flour
2 tbs sugar
1 egg
0.5 tsp almond or vanilla extract
0.5 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Melt the butter, add all the ingredients a mix well. Pour into your mug or a mini cocotte like mine here from @lecreusetitalia . Cook on high in the microwave for 2mins or in the oven at 175C (or airfryer at 165C) for 12-14 minutes.
