#montreal #conseilsportmontreal #canada #personnalité #honneur #pamelaware #post #2024

Where do I begin?
It has come time for me to hang up my bathing suit and put on my apron!👩🏻🍳
Being able to do what I love for 24 years is special! Diving has given me so much, friends for life, the opportunity to travel the world and the best life skills. Diving has taught me to be passionate, resilient, perseverant, brave and independent.
To have my best year of my career in 2023 at the age of 30 is amazing. After Tokyo, I had fallen into a deep black hole and it took me a whole year to climb out, to find my confidence and love diving again. I couldn’t have done it without my support team!
I leave this sport with positivity and zero regret. I couldn’t be prouder of my career!
@wyattsanford - thank you for enduring me in the hardest year of my life! You were so patient with me and I will forever be grateful for you❤️ I love you!
To my family! @sandssssskovac@warp.33@sylvain_lemay_67@alexandrasandy3336@caw.studios1@ware.victoria I know I’m not always an easy person but you have all been with me through my highest highs and lowest lows and always supported every single thing I’ve done and have always been proud of me no matter what! I want to say a huge thank you and I love you all soooo much🥰
My coaches! Aaron and Hui. Aaron, you helped shape me into the person I am today and you never gave up on me even through the hardest moments in my career! THANK YOU! And Hui, you came into my life when I was at my lowest and without you, I don’t think I would have been able to bring myself back. THANK YOU!
@divingcanada , @plongeonquebec , @camoplongeon , the support I received from all 3 of these federations has been endless and I couldn’t thank them enough!
Special mention. @megbenfeito and @roselinefilion from being my inspirations to teammates to greatest friends! You both accepted me into the team with open arms and paved the way for me to grow and become a better athlete and person! Love you both so much❤️
Life update!!!!! I am now in pastry school, another huge passion of mine. I wanted to finish my diving career with a plan. I feel extremely lucky to end one passion and begin a new one! Chef Pam in the making👩🏻🍳🥰
