#LluviaParaLogoche The Logoche Water Project Bicuixe capón, Heriberto García Sánchez May 2025 49%, 48 bottles 100% rainwater fermentation 22 liters of water is used to create a single liter of finished mezcal! Partnering with @isla_urbana Isla Urbana, an organization dedicated to promoting sustainability across Mexico through rainwater capture, @netaspirits and Grupo Productor Logoche, is raising funds to add more rainwater cisterns in their community. Paloma is thrilled to contribute 50% of sales of Heriberto García Sánchez’s Bicuixe capón, made with 100% harvested rainwater to Lluvia Para Logoche. @pmwinedistribution , will be matching our total donation!!! Your participation will directly contribute to the construction of 16,000 liter cement cisterns in 19 family homes and necessary filtration systems. This will relieve the 110-person community of water scarcity, help producers maintain agave nurseries, and support their production of esteemed artisanal mezcal!

Our beverage director @carleyec crafted a chilled wine-like aperitif made from fermented makrut limes, Schisandra berries, and botanicals. Balanced, citrusy and salty profile. Makrut lime lends a tannic and puckery zing. Long, round raspberry finish.

We’re counting down the days til the Bunny Bowl! We’re celebrating our Benito ( and maybe a game?) by selling real Mexican cheese and chile queso. We’re offering it as a feature for dine ins, but to enhance the concert on Sunday we’re selling queso to take home! You are welcome to DM us or stop by during open hours to get your Benito bowl set up. $12 for a pint / $24 for a quart plus chips! We’re also so excited to watch Bad Bunny we’ll be closed on Sunday. 💋 please order or pick up for Thurs-Sat, 5-9pm.
