Thank you to @UNSW and @UNSWGalleries for hosting such a thoughtful and engaging discussion exploring collaboration across art, design, manufacturing and cultural practice. It was a privilege for Richard Ashman, General Manager of Pallion’s jewellery subsidiary Palloys, to join the panel and share insights from our collaboration with @JordanGogos and the broader ethos of the Pallion Arts Program. The discussion explored artist-led practice, authentic storytelling, sustainability and pushing the creative boundaries of precious metals. Industry and education must work together to support meaningful creative outcomes, nurture emerging talent, and inspire the next generation of designers and makers. A special thank you to everyone who joined the conversation and contributed to such an inspiring exchange of ideas around the future of cross-disciplinary creative practice in Australia. #Pallion #PallionArtsProgram #JordanGogos #UNSW

The culmination of the fourth collaboration of the Pallion Arts Program, ‘Don’t Think’ is an upcoming work by Australian artist @JordanGogos exploring memory, migration and the materiality of thought. This large-scale textile wall hanging immortalises the words of Gogos’ grandmother, Grace—a Greek migrant—in ethically sourced Australian gold. Inspired by a note Grace wrote during a sleepless night, the work is both deeply personal and widely resonant—exploring memory, dislocation, and the search for grounding. At its core, the work considers how the mind can both constrain and liberate, inviting a more expansive way of thinking and being. We look forward to sharing more about ‘Don’t Think’ ahead of its unveiling as part of Gogos’ solo show, Parádeisos, to be held at @UNSWGalleries in May. #PallionArtsProgram #JordanGogos #DontThink

Pallion is proud to announce the fourth collaboration in its Pallion Arts Program, with Australian artist and designer @JordanGogos . Emerging as one of Australia’s most compelling creative voices, Gogos’ interdisciplinary practice spans art and fashion, as the founder of the eponymous label @IordanesSpyridonGogos . Titled ‘Don’t Think’, this new work marks his expansion into precious metals, taking the form of a large-scale textile wall hanging that immortalises the words of his Greek grandmother in gold. “This work is about trying to quiet the noise of the mind,” says Gogos. “It began with a note my grandmother wrote to herself during a sleepless night—something deeply personal, but also something many of us can relate to.” Gogos’ commitment to sustainability through a zero-waste ethos, his exploration of migrant experience and connection to precious metals reflects recurring themes within the Pallion Arts Program—which provides Australian and international artists with unparalleled access to responsibly sourced Australian gold and silver, to realise ambitious artist-led works. We look forward to sharing more about ‘Don’t Think’ ahead of its unveiling later this month as part of ‘Parádeisos’—Gogos’ first institutional solo show, held at @UNSWGalleries . Pallion and ABC Bullion are proud to highlight new research from @RMITUniversity exploring how rare forms of platinum and gold could help shape the future of cancer treatment. Supported by ABC Bullion, the research examines how these metals behave differently from traditional therapies, with the potential to enable more targeted and less toxic treatments. "At Pallion, we are committed to supporting scientific advancement that has the potential to transform lives. To see ABC Bullion gold contributing directly to research that may shape the next generation of cancer therapeutics is both important and inspiring." — Andrew Cochineas, CEO, Pallion. Pallion and ABC Bullion were proud to support this year's @tourdecureaus Brisbane Long Lunch. This important event plays a vital role in raising funds for cancer research and medical breakthroughs. This year, the Long Lunch raised over $535,000 and was dedicated to supporting a pivotal @melanomainstituteau research project exploring how gut microbiomes influence the effectiveness and safety of immunotherapy treatments. We were honoured to welcome @profglong , Director of Melanoma Institute Australia and 2024 Australian of the Year, as the event’s special guest speaker. As proud Gold Partners, Pallion and ABC Bullion have supported Tour de Cure in raising over $158 million for cancer research, helping deliver 231 major cancer breakthroughs to date. #Pallion #ABCBullion #TourdeCure

A look at Remnants Of My Father (2025-2026): the deeply personal new work by Archie Moore, and the third artist collaboration for the Pallion Arts Program. The work is a portrait in absentia of Moore’s father, Stanley Moore (1908–1994). Rather than depicting likeness, Moore invites audiences to encounter his father through material traces and personal artefacts that shaped his life, through which themes of memory and loss are explored. “Memories of my father are the golden thread that connect eight forged objects and reproduced documents from my father’s deceased estate,” says Moore. The work speaks to (false) hope, (empty) promises, (thin) veneers and (pipe) dreams.” Moore reflects on the fragility of memory and the ways material objects become proxies for understanding those we have lost. The work draws parallels between personal remembrance and broader archaeological and anthropological practices, where histories are reconstructed from fragments, documents and artefacts. Through Pallion’s expertise in considerate precious metals, this legacy is transformed into a poetic meditation on inheritance, labour, belief and value. “[Pallion’s] guidance and metallurgical expertise made the realisation of the work possible, including a willingness to veer off the beaten track and solve problems through creative thinking,” adds Moore. Remnants Of My Father (2025-2026) is on display as part of the Adelaide Biennial until 8 June 2026 at the Museum of Economic Botany. Last night, we celebrated Lunar New Year 2026 and the launch of the ABC Bullion Arts Series Coin Program with special guest Rainbow Chan—the multidisciplinary artist behind our inaugural artist-designed coin, for the Year of the Fire Horse. Chan presented a traditional ink performance, while guests enjoyed a canapé and drinks menu inspired by a traditional Lunar New Year banquet. Along with traditional 24kt pineapple cakes, each guest also received this year’s ABC Year of the Fire Horse Coin in ABC Bullion Fine Australian Silver, presented in bespoke Rainbow Chan–designed red packets. A fitting celebration not only of the Year of the Fire Horse, but the inaugural ABC Bullion Arts Series Coin Program 🧧🪙 #ABCBullion #ABCBullionArtsSeries #PallionArtsProgram #RainbowChan
