Zohran, take a stand — stop the sales of stolen Palestinian land. Another week another stolen Palestinian land sale protected and enabled by @newyorkstateAG @nycmayor – audit and stop stolen Palestinian land sales, remove the tax exempt status of those hosting these events; drop Jessica Tisch as Police Commissioner; and disband the Strategic Response Group‼️

The ongoing sales of stolen Palestinian land reflect yet another day of violations of local, federal, and international law—violations protected and enabled by our city government. @newyorkstateAG @nycmayor investigate, audit and stop stolen Palestinian land sales, remove the tax exempt status of those hosting these events; drop Jessica Tisch as Police Commissioner; and disband the Strategic Response Group now‼️

No peace with Israel. No recognition of Israel. No negotiations with Israel. Declared in Khartoum in 1967, the Three No’s represented the unwavering solidarity of the Sudanese people with the Palestinian struggle. They were a rejection of normalization, a refusal to betray a people under occupation. It’s been 78 years since the Nakba, the catastrophe that expelled over 750,000 Palestinians from their homeland, destroyed 400+ villages, and began a continued campaign of dispossession, occupation, and violence against the Palestinian people. The Nakba was not a single event in history. It is the essence of the Zionist project, a settler-colonial enterprise rooted in displacement. Resistance is the essence of the Palestinian people. It predates 1948, it survived every attempt to crush it, and it is winning. As Ghassan Kanafani said, “Imperialism has laid its body over the world — wherever you strike it, you damage it, and you serve the World Revolution.” We in Sudan know this struggle not as supporters, but as participants. The US as global hegemon, with the Zionist entity and the UAE as its instruments, continues to expand its imperialist aggression across the globe. Their interests are unified and so are ours. Those who resist imperialism share a common struggle, a common enemy, and a common horizon of liberation. We at the Sudanese Resistance Front stand in full solidarity with the Palestinian people and their right to resist. Giddam

The students demand CCNY’s Colin Powell School immediately remove and replace Linda Thomas-Greenfield as the 2026 commencement speaker. As UN Ambassador, Linda Thomas-Greenfield repeatedly voted AGAINST a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the entry of humanitarian aid. We refuseto normalize the platforming of perpetrators of genocide and crimes against humanity on our campuses. Please join us in demanding CCNY President Vince Boudreau, Colin Powell School Dean Marc Ostfield, and the school’s administration immediately remove and replace Linda Thomas-Greenfield as the 2026 commencement speaker. NO GENOCIDE PERPETRATORS ON OUR CAMPUSES. 🚨TAKE ACTION NOW🚨 ✍️SIGN THE PETITION: tinyurl.com/ccnypetition 📥 EMAIL BLAST: tinyurl.com/ccnyletter

We show solidarity with the Palestinian people against the attack known as “The Nakba.” In 1948 the genocide began as an invasion displacing, dispossessing, and ethnically cleansing over 750,000 Palestinians, resulting in the destruction of over 400 Palestinian villages and the creation of the state of Israel. The genocide didn’t begin with October 7th, but instead with the aggression of Israeli settlers with the help of the British and US powers to exterminate Palestinians during “The Nakba.” These refugees still suffer and remember to this day May 15th and the beginning of the Palestinian struggle. On May 15th we recognize that the Nakba is not an event it is the essence of the Zionist entity, just as resistance is the eternal essence of the Palestinian people.

🚨🇵🇸 ALL OUT SAT. 05/16 BAY RIDGE PROTEST TO DISMANTLE THE GENOCIDAL ZIONIST ENTITY—FIGHT FOR LIBERATION AND RETURN 🪧 PROTEST 🗓️ SAT 05/16 📍 72nd St & 5th Ave; BAY RIDGE 🕒 2:00 PM In honor of the 78+ year long struggle for liberation of the Palestinian people, Pal-Awda will be in the streets of Bay Ridge protesting in honor of the freedom fighters and martyrs of Gaza and all of Palestine. “NAKBA” [meaning “catastrophe” in Arabic], which we commemorate on May 15, marks the ongoing genocide and ethnic cleansing of indigenous Palestinians from historic Palestinian lands, which was well underway months before the settler colony declared “independence” on May 14, 1948. That year, zionist occupation forces and settler militias brutally murdered over 15,000 Palestinians and expelled 750,000+ Palestinians from their homes, destroying over 70% of Palestinian towns and villages and stealing 78% of Palestinian land. For over 78 years, displaced Palestinians have demanded a “right of return” or “haq al awda,” while the zionist entity continues to escalate its project of ethnic cleansing, land grabs, and colonial expansion. WE DEMAND AN END TO THE OCCUPATION, full liberation, and the right of return for all Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and around the world to their original lands and homes.

PALESTINE LAND SALE IN BROOKLYN BROOKLYN, NY— The land auction became an early political strain for Zohran Mamdani, who has drawn criticism. Pro-Palestinian organizers and civil-liberties advocates faulted him for permitting the NYPD’s use of so-called buffer zones that kept demonstrators at a distance from nearby synagogues. Monday’s event was held at Young Israel of Midwood, which also houses a city-supported senior center known as Young Israel Senior Services. According to city budget records, the program received more than $800,000 from the Department for the Aging in 2024.
