palate kitchen has been one of downtown vancouver’s quieter favourites for brunch and high tea since 2020, but their just-launched dinner program turns the same space into a noticeably different evening experience. the new menu leans towards moroccan- and globally- inspired plates, with standouts like the beef and lamb kefta tajine, a strong lineup of burgers and sandwiches, and a thoughtful selection of protein-based plates. the team behind palate coffee roasters runs the spot, so the brunch cafe-by-day energy is still very much intact.
