Not sure it counts as an OC since there’s no real story behind it except that I love koi fish lol. I feel like most merfolk are drawn as saltwater creatures but I like the idea of freshwater merfolk and ponds/lakes are beautiful so…

This is my final design for @paintable.cc ’s #oneweekcharacter challenge. We were given five possible character descriptions to choose from — mine is the “fallen angel.” Some of the traits were: lost their wings, have armor and sword(s)
