The distinction was conferred during the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Oath Taking Ceremony and General Membership Meeting on Thursday, May 14, in Makati City. PAGCOR Vice President for Logistics and Facilities Management Group Rafael Sera Jose received the award on behalf of PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco.
