We're hosting our first ever Supper Club! A three-hour experience built around rum, cocktail pairing, delicious food and great company. Think dinner hosted by your crazy cousin who can cook and pour a drink or two.

Before the cocktail classes begin, we will takes you through a guided tour of rums. White vs dark. Light vs spiced, ovenproof vs. flavoured. Where it's made, how it's made and yes you'll get to a rum of your choice.
🥭 THE FOOD
The menu is a love letter to mangoes, being at the heart of every dish.
Starter: Jerk Prawn & Mango Salad — jerk prawns with fresh mango salsa, lime, chilli and herbs on crisp baby gem. Vegan option: Grilled Halloumi & Mango Salad.
Main: Mango Glazed Salmon — pan-seared salmon with a sticky mango, lime & chilli glaze, coconut rice & peas, sautéed greens and rainbow slaw. Vegan option: Mango Glazed Cauliflower Steak.
High quality and full of flavour. Tried and tested by yours truly ☺️
🍹 THE COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
You'll make two rum cocktails from scratch, one paired with your starter, one with your main. We will walk you through the why behind each pairing and how the flavours in your glass complement what's on your plate.

Games, prizes, a playlist filled with Soca and a room full of people who showed up ready to have a good time. This is a supper club with the warmth of St Lucia and the energy of a night out with your closest friends.

Inspired by our love of Palomas and the memories of eating grapefruits in St. Lucia, we made a grapefruit daiquiri. Light refreshing and zesty. Such an easy drink that's full of flavour.😍
The recipe we used:
1 grapefruit
1 lime
35ml white rum
15ml triple sec
Sugar syrup to taste
Shake or blend with ice.
Easily a new fave of ours and one we may introduce in our new classes 👀🫢
