Packrat started because we needed props for our own productions at @chameleon.tv
We had a slate of spec projects queued up for 2023/2024 and we needed props to help build the worlds.
And every time, without fail, we found ourselves at one too many Value Villages.
12 months later, we had 7+ productions under our belt and a growing prop inventory that was taking up far too much space.
However, we loved the items that we had sourced.
From there, @packrat.ca was born.
Our goal is to build a diverse collection of unique props and set dec resources that art teams can leverage on their productions.
We’re constantly on the hunt for new and interesting props that we can add to the inventory. Stay tuned 👀
