My first time writing for the Times Union with this article on Tyler Krupsky and his Pacemaker Audio (@pacemaker_audio ) recording studio. Tyler and I went to high school together, and though we didn’t know each other well, we shared a lot of mutual friends and interests, and maybe a member or two between our bands. I was glad to spend some time at Pacemaker with him (which is also his home) catching up and getting to know the details on what he’s doing there, which is truly something special. If you’re local, go grab a copy of the Times Union to check it out, and if you’re not, I recommend looking him up and learning about what he’s doing over there.
We’re raffling off a free demo/EP recording to support Briana George in her fight with cancer.

Shenendehowa graduate Tyler Krupsky toured with Soundgarden, Nine Inch Nails and other legendary bands as a guitar tech and musician before returning to the Capital Region and creating a full-service recording studio out of his Ballston Lake home. He gave the Times Union a tour of Pacemaker Audio during a recent visit.
